Been staying here the last few weeks with some weird spring weather going from sunny to rainy in minutes. The rooms are perfect for the cold with the heaters that heat up the room easily, and the natural cool air inside on sunny days. Recommend this place for solo travelers, it was quiet and enjoyable stay with patient and caring service
Came to Binghamton for a few days and chose to come here. Great service, very kind people. Super clean and the owners are receptive to any questions or concerns. 10/10 motel, would recommend to anyone!
I was hesitant, at first, to stay in this place as the neighborhood does not seem well. However, after a week of staying here I realized the security that I had initially wanted from the beginning had been obtained. The owners do not tolerate any sort of fowl behavior in the rooms nor on their premise. The motel is dated. But they do not claim to be a comparison to any of the larger hotel chains. I stayed here, off-and-on, for more than a year because I work as an engineering contractor. This is the only place where I will stay whenever I must visit the city. If your search is for a bug free, long-duration, secure setting, excellent quality of sleep, and excellent customer service, then this is the place where you should spend your money.
